Jesse and his team at BH HomeServices Homesale Realty did a tremendous job for my wife and I during the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. I have known Jesse for years, initially when he worked in the construction trades building and renovating some of the very same homes he now helps people buy and sell. We had been searching for three years until the right home came along. It was a real challenge navigating the waters with the tough interest rate / low inventory environment and finding a place big enough to house us and our three kids. In the end, however, we ended up finding a great home that checked most all of the boxes for us near where we already lived. Jesse stuck with us through the entire process on both properties and two transactions in total. Jesse's construction background also clearly shows in his analysis of many aspects of the homes that we had toured. We had lived in our home for so long and were quite attached to the home's century old style and charm. Jesse demystified the process for us and we ended up finding a buyer who seemed to be a great fit. Aimee and Carson were two others on Jesse's team that I can also speak highly of. Aimee was always keeping me up to date during each step of the transaction and worked very hard to tie up loose ends regarding the settlement process. Carson was Jesse's right hand man who accompanied us on a few walkthroughs, including one in our future home as well as the open house in the home that we had sold. It is clear that Jesse really seeks out caring and qualified individuals for his team. Buying and selling a home can be nerve wracking events, but with the right real estate team in place you would be surprised how well the process can flow. I can't say enough about the comfort we had in working with Jesse and his team! I would recommend Jesse (and already have) to others.
